Оценить отношение к прививкам сотрудников медицинских организаций в условиях высоких биологических рисков, связанных с новой коронавирусной инфекцией, для разработки эффективных технологий коррекции их приверженности вакцинопрофилактике при других нештатных ситуациях эпидемического характера. Материалы и методы. Исследование проведено в несколько этапов, соответствующих 8 эпидемическим подъемам заболеваемости COVID-19 в 2020−2023 гг. По данным многоцентровых анонимных онлайн-опросов сотрудников медицинских организаций изучена их приверженность вакцинопрофилактике, с учетом стратегий восприятия и преодоления стресса. Общее количество респондентов − 7800. В исследовании использовали комплекс эпидемиологических, социологических и статистических методов. Результаты. Продемонстрированы постепенные изменения отношения к вакцинации сотрудников медицинских организаций на разных этапах пандемии COVID-19, с динамическим повышением приверженности прививкам. Профессиональной категорией риска с отрицательным отношением к прививкам были средний медицинский персонал и сотрудники немедицинских специальностей, преимущественно женского пола, имевшие стаж работы до 10 лет. В числе основных мотивов негативного отношения к прививкам наиболее часто имели место опасения относительно возможных побочных проявлений после вакцинации, особенно в отдаленной перспективе, скептицизм по отношению к новым иммунобиологическим препаратам, недостаточное время, прошедшее с момента начала клинических испытаний новых вакцин, и дефицит информации. Изучение психоэмоционального состояния работников показало, что деструктивное восприятие стрессовых факторов увеличивало риск непринятия ими вакцинации в 1,6 раза, а деструктивные программы совладания со стрессом – в 2,6 раза. Заключение. Полученные результаты расширяют представление о механизмах формирования отношения сотрудников медицинских организаций к прививкам против новых инфекционных заболеваний и дают базу для разработки программ повышения их приверженности вакцинации в условиях высоких биологических рисков, на основании компетентностного подхода, включающего формирование и развитие профессиональных и надпрофессиональных компетенций по вопросам иммунопрофилактики</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Aim. To evaluate the attitude of medical personnel to vaccinations in conditions of high biological risks associated with the new coronavirus infection in order to develop effective technologies for correcting their adherence to vaccination in other emergency situations of an epidemic nature. Materials and methods. The study was conducted in several stages corresponding to the 8 epidemic outbreaks of COVID-19 in 2020−2023. According to multicenter anonymous online surveys of medical staff, their commitment to vaccine prevention has been studied, taking into account strategies for perceiving and overcoming stress. The total number of respondents is 7,800. The study used a set of epidemiological, sociological and statistical methods. Results. The gradual changes in the attitude towards vaccination of medical personnel at different stages of the COVID-19 pandemic are demonstrated, with a dynamic increase in vaccination adherence. The occupational risk category with a negative attitude towards vaccinations was the average medical staff and employees of non-medical specialties, mostly female, who had up to 10 years of work experience. Among the main motives for negative attitudes towards vaccinations, the most common were concerns about possible side effects after vaccination, especially in the long term, skepticism about new immunobiological drugs, insufficient time elapsed since the start of clinical trials of new vaccines, and a lack of information. A study of the psycho-emotional state of workers showed that destructive perception of stress factors increased the risk of not receiving vaccination by 1.6 times, and destructive stress management programs by 2.6 times. Conclusion.
