Проанализировать современные подходы к реабилитации и оценить возможности и перспективы применения ИГГТ у пациентов с ХСН.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. Проведен анализ научных публикаций, представленных в базах данных elibrary.ru, PubMed за период с 2014 по 2024 гг. по таким ключевым словам, как «гипоксическое воздействие, интервальные гипоксические тренировки, гипокси-гиперокситерапия, ре-окси терапия, патофизиологические механизмы гипоксии, кардиореабилитация». Критериями включения являлись результаты рандомизированных исследований, системные обзоры, а также оригинальные статьи с наличием контрольной группы.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Показано, что метод ИГГТ является перспективным направлением, который обладает патофизиологическим обоснованием и демонстрирует положительные результаты в клинических исследованиях.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Дальнейшее развитие и практическая интеграция этого метода требуют крупных рандомизированных исследований для подтверждения его клинической эффективности и безопасности.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. The purpose of this review is to analyze modern approaches to rehabilitation and evaluate the possibilities and prospects of using the method of interval hypoxic-hyperoxic training (IGTT) in patients with CHF.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. Analysis of scientific publications presented in databases elibrary.ru PubMed was conducted for the period from 2014 to 2024 on keywords such as "hypoxic effects, interval hypoxic training, hypoxic-hyperoxytherapy, re-oxy therapy, pathophysiological mechanisms of hypoxia, cardiorehabilitation." The inclusion criteria were the results of randomized trials, systematic reviews, as well as original articles with a control group.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. It has been shown that the IGTT method is a promising direction that has a pathophysiological basis and demonstrates positive results in clinical trials.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusions</title><p>Conclusions.
