Изучение полиморфизма генов CYP11А1, CYP17A1, CYP19A1 у женщин с синдромом поликистозных яичников (СПКЯ) репродуктивного возраста в сравнении с женщинами без СПКЯ.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. В исследование включено 188 женщин репродуктивного возраста. I группу составили 94 женщин с СПКЯ; II группу – 94 женщины без СПКЯ. Всем пациенткам проведен молекулярно-генетический анализ полиморфизмов генов VNTR пентануклеотидного ((tttta)n) полиморфизма в позиции -528 промоторного региона гена CYP11A1 и CYP17A1(-34T&gt;C (MspA1), rs743572) и CYP19A1 (c.-39+15658 C&gt;T, C40824T, rs2470152) с использованием тест-системы ООО «СибДНК» (г. Новосибирск), с последующей статистической обработкой данных.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Распределение частот генотипов генов CYP11A1 (tttta)n, CYP17A1 rs743572 и CYP19A1 rs2470152 в группах женщин с СПКЯ и у здоровых женщин статистически значимо не отличалось (р&gt;0,05). Однако для полиморфизма CYP11A1 (tttta)n наблюдалась тенденция к накоплению аллелей с большим количеством (tttta)n-повторов у женщин с СПКЯ, чем у здоровых женщин. Типичны были VNTR генотипы с 6/6, 6/8 и 8/8 пентануклеотидными повторами.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Полиморфизм исследованных генов цитохромов не играл ключевой роли в развитии СПКЯ в обследованной группе женщин. Наше исследование может быть полезным для проведения последующих мета-анализов, которые могут позволить раскрыть представление о патогенезе заболевания. </p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. To study the polymorphisms of CYP11A1, CYP17A1, and CYP19A1 genes in women with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) of reproductive age in comparison with women without PCOS.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and Methods</title><p>Materials and Methods. We consecutively recruited 94 women with polycystic ovary syndrome of reproductive age and 94 age-matched healthy women. All patients were subjected to molecular genetic analysis of pentanucleotide ((tttta)n) polymorphism at -528 position within the promoter region of the CYP11A1 gene, rs743572 polymorphism within the CYP17A1 gene, and rs2470152 polymorphism within the CYP19A1 gene. We further compared the frequencies of respective genotypes and alleles between the groups.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. Genotype distribution of the indicated polymorphisms did not differ significantly between the groups. However, for CYP11A1 (tttta)n polymorphism, a trend to the accumulation of the alleles with a large number of (tttta)n-repeats was observed in women with polycystic ovary syndrome as compared to healthy women. The most common were VNTR genotypes with 6/6, 6/8 and 8/8 pentanucleotide repeats.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion. The studied polymorphisms of cytochrome genes did not affect the risk of PCOS in the examined group of women.
