Определить уровень антител Ig классов A и G к эстрадиолу, прогестерону, бензо[a] пирену у женщин с преждевременными родами и оценить влияние на него назначения гестагенов.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. Проведено ретроспективное сравнительное исследование. В исследование включено 199 беременных женщин, у которых определялись уровни АТ Ig классов A и G к эстрадиолу, прогестерону и бензо[a]пирену и влияние на них гестагенов. I группу составили 68 женщин с преждевременными родами, II группу – 131 женщина со срочными родами.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Уровень антител IgA к эстрадиолу у пациенток с преждевременными родами статистически значимо выше, чем у женщин со срочными родами, а назначение гестагенов не снижало их уровень у женщин высокой группы риска преждевременных родов.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Определение уровня антител к эстрадиолу, вероятно, может помочь в прогнозировании такого осложнения беременности, как преждевременные роды.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. To determine the level of IgA and IgG to estradiol, progesterone, and benzo[a]pyrene in women with or without preterm labor and to assess whether the administration of progestagens affect these parameters.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and Methods</title><p>Materials and Methods. We measured the levels of IgA and IgG to estradiol, progesterone, and benzo[a]pyrene in serum of 199 pregnant women (68 with PL and 81 with normal delivery) with the following analysis of associations between progestagen administration and these parameters.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. The level of IgA to estradiol in patients with preterm labor was significantly higher than in women with normal delivery, and the administration of progestagens did not reduce their level in women with preterm birth.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusions</title><p>Conclusions.
