Выявление и описание генетических аномалий, несовместимых с эмбриональным развитием, помогает разобраться в причинах неразвивающейся беременности и определить возможные способы профилактики или лечения пациенток. В статье описан случай гипертриплоидии у абортуса при кариотипе 70,XXY,+16. Хромосомная аномалия привела к замиранию беременности в сроке 4 недели, 5 дней. Клинический случай подчеркивает необходимость цитогенетического анализа абортного материала при репродуктивных неудачах.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Chromosomal abnormalities are a leading cause of early embryonic arrest Identification of genetic abnormalities incompatible with embryonic development significantly contributes to the understanding of early embryonic arrest causes and to the development of prevention strategies. Here we describe a case of hypertriploid abortus with 70, XXY,+16 karyotype.
