Изучить современные тенденции заболеваемости и смертности от рака предстательной железы в Кемеровской области.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. Проведено описательное ретроспективное эпидемиологическое исследование на основе баз данных популяционного ракового регистра ГБУЗ КО «Областной клинический онкологический диспансер» за 2010–2018 годы. Оценка статистической значимости различий проводилась с использованием критерия "Хи-квадрат" при уровне доверительных значений p&lt;0,05.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. С 2010 по 2018 гг. в Кемеровской области было зарегистрировано 4965 случаев рака предстательной железы, среднемноголетний стандартизованный показатель заболеваемости составил 50,080/0000 (95% ДИ = 46,01; 54,43). На территории области выявлена тенденция к росту стандартизованной заболеваемости с 32,410/0000 в 2010 году (95% ДИ = 28,76; 36,05) до 73,000/0000 в 2018 году (95% ДИ = 67,86; 78,15) со среднегодовым темпом прироста 10,22% (χ2= 229,515, df=1, р&lt;0,0001). Большая доля заболевших приходится на старшую возрастную группу (70 лет и старше) – 48,17% в 2018 году. Обнаружена выраженная неравномерность заболеваемости в разных регионах Кемеровской области. Стандартизованные показатели смертности увеличились с 9,240/0000 в 2010 году (95% ДИ = 7,29; 11,19) до 28,830/0000 в 2018 году (95% ДИ = 25,51; 32,15), среднегодовой темп прироста 13,99% (χ2=9,180, df = 1, р = 0,002). Компонентный анализ показал, что прирост случаев заболевания на 155,81% в первую очередь связан с действующими факторами риска (128,19%), чем с «постарением» населения (16,71%) или их совместным действием (10,91%).</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. На всей территории Кемеровской области выявлена выраженная тенденция к росту заболеваемости и смертности от рака предстательной железы, обусловленная действующими факторами риска. Полученные данные могут быть использованы для разработки системы профилактических мероприятий.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. To study current trends in the incidence and mortality of prostate cancer in Kemerovo Region.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and Methods</title><p>Materials and Methods. We conducted a descriptive retrospective study by investigating cancer registry of Regional Clinical Oncology Dispensary collected in 2010-2018.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. During the study period, 4965 cases of prostate cancer have been documented. The average standardised incidence rate was 50,080/0000 (95% CI = 46.01; 54.43). We detected a trend towards an increase in standardized incidence from 32.410/0000 in 2010 (95% CI = 28.76; 36.05) to 73.000/0000 in 2018 (95% CI = 67.86 – 78.15) with the average annual increment of 10.22% (р &lt; 0.0001). A significant proportion of cases (48.17% in 2018) occurred in elderly (≥ 70 years). Standardized mortality rates increased from 9.240/0000 in 2010 (95% CI = 7.29; 11.19) to 28,830/0000 in 2018 (95% CI = 25.51; 32.15), average annual increment 13.99% (р = 0.002). Component analysis showed that an incidence increase by 155.81% is primarily associated with existing risk factors (128.19%) rather than with population aging (16.71%) or their combined effect (10.91%).</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
