Оценить особенности ангиогенеза in vitro в присутствии нейросфер. Материалы и методы. Источником нейросфер служили мыши C57Bl6 в возрасте 10–14 суток постнатального развития, из головного мозга которых выделяли гиппокамп для получения стволовых и прогениторных клеток нейрональной природы. Для регистрации особенностей ангиогенеза in vitro в присутствии нейросфер использовали набор для оценки ангиогенеза Angiogenesis Assay Kit (In Vitro) (Abcam, ab204726, США) согласно протоколу производителя, с последующей статистической обработкой данных. Результаты. В присутствии нейросфер произошло уменьшение числа образовавшихся сосудистых петель, тогда как остальные параметры ангиогенеза (средняя площадь и периметр петель, общая длина сосудов и число контактов на мм2) не имели статистической разницы через 18 часов культивирования. Заключение. Пролиферативная активность нейросфер тормозит неоангиогенез in vitro. Полученные данные могут служить основой для разработки новой технологии управления церебральным ангиогенезом.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Aim. To evaluate the features of cerebral angiogenesis in the presence of neurospheres, free-floating clusters of neural stem and progenitor cells. Materials and Methods. Endothelial cells were optionally co-cultured with neurospheres were isolated from the hippocampus of 10-14-days-old C57Bl6 mice. Angiogenesis was evaluated in vitro by means of the angiogenesis assay kit (Abcam, ab204726) according to the manufacturer's protocol. Results. The number of vascular loops was decreased in the presence of neurospheres. Other angiogenic parameters (average loop area and perimeter, total vessel length and number of contacts per mm2) had no statistically significant differences after 18 hours of culture. Conclusion. The proliferative activity of neurospheres inhibits in vitro cerebral angiogenesis.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>angiogenesis</kwd><kwd>endothelial cells</kwd><kwd>hippocampus</kwd><kwd>neural stem cells</kwd><kwd>neural progenitor&#13;
