Изучить взаимосвязи между количеством нейтрофильных внеклеточных ловушек, формируемых циркулирующими нейтрофилами, и эхогенностью атеросклеротических бляшек в сонных артериях.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. В исследование включали пациентов в возрасте 40-64 лет без установленных атеросклеротических сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний, прошедших дуплексное ультразвуковое сканирование артерий каротидного бассейна. В случае выявления атеросклеротических бляшек в продольной проекции достигали наилучшей визуализации атеромы с последующим сохранением изображения и его экспортом. GSM-анализ (GSM – gray scale median, медиана серой шкалы) полученных изображений проводили с использованием программного обеспечения Adobe Photoshop CS6. Для иммунологического исследования использовали венозную кровь, которую забирали в пробирку с литий-гепарином объемом 6 мл. Окрашивание нейтрофилов проводили по описанной ранее методике. Учёт реакции проводили с использованием световой микроскопии. Производили количественный подсчёт сегментоядерных нейтрофилов и нейтрофильных внеклеточных ловушек на 100 клеток.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. В исследование были включены 72 пациента без установленных атеросклеротических сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний. Атеросклеротические бляшки в сонных артериях были выявлены у 69,4% пациентов. GSM атеросклеротических бляшек обратно коррелировала с количеством нейтрофильных внеклеточных ловушек (r=-0,310; p=0,029). Количество нейтрофильных внеклеточных ловушек у пациентов, имеющих атеросклеротические бляшки с GSM менее 60, было статистически значимо больше в сравнении с пациентами с атеросклеротическими бляшками, имеющими GSM более 60 (р=0,042).</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. У пациентов с каротидным атеросклерозом эхогенность атеросклеротических бляшек, оцениваемая с помощью GSMанализа, обратно коррелировала с количеством нейтрофильных внеклеточных ловушек, формируемых циркулирующими нейтрофилами.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. To study the association between the number of neutrophil extracellular traps (NETs) formed by circulating neutrophils and echogenicity of carotid atherosclerotic plaques.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and Methods</title><p> Materials and Methods. We enrolled 72 patients (40-64 years of age) without the clinical signs of atherosclerotic vascular disease, who then underwent ultrasound duplex scanning of carotid arteries. Grayscale median analysis of the images was performed using Adobe Photoshop CS6 software. Neutrophils were stained and examined by means of light microscopy to count NETs.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p> Results. Carotid atherosclerotic plaques were found in 69.4% of asymptomatic patients. Echogenicity of atherosclerotic plaques inversely correlated with the number of NETs (r = - 0.310; p = 0.029).
