Оценить динамику вакцинации у беременных женщин в субъектах Сибирского федерального округа (СФО) против новой коронавирусной инфекции (НКИ) COVID-19 за период с 29 октября 2021 по 26 ноября 2021 года.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. На основании оперативных данных, предоставленных главными акушерами-гинекологами субъектов СФО, был проведен мониторинг и статистическая обработка данных вакцинации у 86859 беременных женщин с 29 октября 2021 года и 85600 женщин по 26 ноября 2021 года в 10 субъектах СФО.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Установлено, что до наступления беременности в СФО на 29.10.2021 переболело НКИ COVID-19 всего 4056 (4,7%) женщин. На 26.11.2021 количество беременных женщин в СФО, переболевших этой инфекцией, значительно возросло и составило 5656 (6,6%) (χ2 = 272,145, р&lt;0,001). Количество вакцинированных беременных увеличилось с 4185 (4,8%) до 8318 (9,7%) (χ2 = 1331,063, р&lt;0,001). На 26.11.2021 зарегистрировано снижение доли вакцинированных на этапе преконцепции − с 4,6% до 4,0% (р&lt;0,001), но увеличилось количество вакцинированных при беременности: до 22 недель беременности – с 0,7% до 1,3% (р&lt;0,001) и после 22 недель – с 1,6% до 4,4% (р&lt;0,001). Наиболее активно вакцинация проводилась в республике Тыва и в Иркутской области (p&lt;0,01).</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Доля беременных женщин, перенесших НКИ COVID-19 или вакцинированных в субъектах СФО, возросла за период с 29 октября 2021 по 26 ноября 2021 года с 16,4% до 23,9%, но ее темпы явно недостаточны для формирования коллективного иммунитета и снижения материнской смертности от НКИ COVID-19 в ближайшее время. При вакцинации 8318 беременных женщин против НКИ COVID-19 серьезных нежелательных событий не зарегистрировано.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. To evaluate the trends of vaccination against COVID-19 among pregnant women in Siberia for the period from October 29, 2021 to November 26, 2021.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and Methods</title><p>Materials and Methods. The vaccination data have been collected from official records from October 29, 2021 (86,859 pregnant women) and November 26, 2021 (85,600 pregnant women) in 10 regions of Siberia.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. Before the pregnancy onset, as of October 29, 2021, only 4,056 (4.7%) women had past medical history of COVID-19. These numbers have significantly increased to November 26, 2021 (5,656, 6.6%, p &lt; 0.001). The number of vaccinated pregnant women increased from 4,185 (4.8%) to 8,318 (9.7%) (p &lt; 0.001). As of November 26, 2021, we registered a reduced proportion of women vaccinated at the preconception stage (from 4.6% to 4.0%, p &lt; 0.001), yet the number of vaccinated pregnant women raised both before (from 0.7% to 1.3 %, p &lt; 0.001) and after 22 weeks of pregnancy (from 1.6% to 2.3%, p &lt; 0.001). The highest proportion of pregnant women was documented in the Tyva Republic and the Irkutsk Region (p &lt; 0.01). Major vaccination-associated adverse events have not been reported.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusions</title><p>Conclusions.
