Оценить эффективность рутинного цитологического исследования, ВПЧ-тестирования и расширенной кольпоскопии в выявлении плоскоклеточных интраэпителиальных поражений и рака шейки матки.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. Проведено ретроспективное исследование путем выкопировки данных из медицинских карт пациенток за 2022 год. В исследование была включена 101 пациентка в возрасте 21–65 лет (средний возраст 36,9±8,2 года). Всем пациенткам были проведены: рутинное цитологическое исследование, ВПЧ-тестирование на выявление 14 генотипов вируса папилломы человека высокого онкогенного риска и расширенная кольпоскопия. Прогностическая ценность методов рассчитывалась по стандартным формулам определения чувствительности, специфичности, прогностической ценности положительного и отрицательного результатов. За «золотой стандарт» был принят гистологический результат исследования ткани после биопсии шейки матки.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Среди обследуемых женщин (n=101) ВПЧ высокого онкогенного риска был выявлен у 78 женщин (77,2%). По результатам цитологического исследования CIN I (цервикальная интраэпителиальная неоплазия) выявлена у 24 женщин (23,8%), CIN II ‒ в 24 случаях (23,8%), CIN III ‒ у 22 женщин (21,7%), рак на месте обнаружен в 2 случаях (2%). Аномальная кольпоскопическая картина 1-й степени была обнаружена у 33 женщин (32,7%), 2-й степени ‒ в 51 случае (50,5%). Наибольшую чувствительность в диагностике LSIL (плоскоклеточное интраэпителиальное поражение низкой степени) продемонстрировала расширенная кольпоскопия (81,3%), ВПЧ-тестирование и цитологическое исследование ‒ 75,0% и 58,3% соответственно. В диагностике HSIL (плоскоклеточное интраэпителиальное поражение высокой степени) и рака шейки матки наибольшей чувствительностью обладает ВПЧ-тестирование - 85,7%, расширенная кольпоскопия - 82,9%, цитологическое исследование показало наименьший результат - 63,6%.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Обнаружение ДНК ВПЧ высокого онкогенного риска обладает высокой чувствительностью в выявлении плоскоклеточных интраэпителиальных поражений низкой и высокой степени и рака шейки матки.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. To compare the effectiveness of Papanicolaou test, screening for oncogenic human papillomavirus (HPV) strains, and colposcopy in diagnosis of cervical squamous intraepithelial lesions and cervical cancer.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and Methods</title><p>Materials and Methods. We conducted a retrospective study which included 101 patients aged 21-65 years (mean age 36.9 ± 8.2 years). All patients underwent cytological examination, screening for 14 high-risk HPV types, and colposcopy. The prognostic value of the methods was calculated using standard formulas for determining the sensitivity, specificity, and prognostic value of positive and negative results. Cervical biopsy was accepted as the gold standard.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. Among the examined women (n = 101), high-risk HPV types were detected in 78 women (77.2%). According to the results of cytological examination, cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) I, CIN II, CIN III, and cancer were detected in 24 (23.8%), 24 (23.8%), 22 (21.7%), and 2 (2%) cases, respectively. Abnormal colposcopy results of the 1st and 2nd degree were found in 33 (32.7%) and 51 (50.5%) women, respectively. The highest sensitivity in the diagnosis of low-grade squamous intraepithelial lesion was demonstrated by colposcopy (81.3%), whilst HPV testing and cytological examination had lower sensitivity values (75.0% and 58.3%, respectively). However, HPV testing had the highest sensitivity (85.7%) in diagnosis of high-grade squamous intraepithelial lesion and cervical cancer, whereas colposcopy and Papanicolaou test were behind (82.9% and 63.6%, respectively).</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
